NSV- The First Time Ever ...

Went to see my Auntie & Uncle today. My Uncle didn't know about my op & weight loss. He has been very I'll & we didn't want to add to his worry. He was so surprised & happy for me. On leaving gave him a hug & a kiss & he said to me you look fantastic but don't go mad & loose any more weight!?? First time in my whole life anyone has told me not to loose weight. What a weird feeling.

Yeah thats lovely, only problem is I have had the same said to me, however the scales still say I am obese, so more to come off, I do weigh bout 2 stone heavier than anyone else that looks my size, has always been the case. xx Lovely feeling though makes you feel chuffed. x

Oh I'm still on the straight & narrow & still have a long way to go. I want to get my weight & BMI to a 'normal' level. It was however nice to hear this even from my very biased & supportive uncle.
Guess we have to stay focused no matter what is thrown our wy on our journey.
But hey we are a determined lot on here aren't we guys? we will do it.
