:sigh:hi i have just got a letter saying my app to see nurse has been put back from 28th sept to 15th nov gutted anyone else been put back thanks

Hi Christine, sorry to hear your appt has been delayed. I'm going privately so not happened to me but I do believe that there are others who this has happened to.....perhaps they'll be along soon. Don't lose heart, it will happen and be all the sweeter when you get there

this unfortunately does happen from my own experience, i was once put waiting for over 10months... sometimes they have other commitments or unexpected delays ...you can always try ringing and see if there is a cancellation which could be sooner or you can also ring and let them know that if there is a cancellation you are willing to come in at short notice (if you can) hope this helps as i know how disheartening it is, take care x
