Hi, I've been grumbling and hinting in my posts that I've not had my first appointment date through since seeing the doc on the 9th July; well - I got home tonight after work and decided to 'just check' the choose n book website and lo and behold the screen said I had an appointment on the 8th September at SRH - this is the first appointment (group seminar); so I am officially off the starters block and racing (or plodding on) towards the first hurdle..... yippeeeeeee

I was so excited I tried to do that little dance where you move your arms to the side and your hips the other way in circles - but everything moved in the same direction at the same time... so I looked a bit pants....
