Saw the anaesthetist today who has cleared me for surgery!!!!!!!!

I'm so pleased but a little disappointed because I was told all along that I would be told my date for surgery by the anaesthetist! But hey ho I'm on the list now.

2011 - referred to and accepted by Mr Sufi at The Whittington. On waiting list. Had to move for personal reasons.
Now at Derby
11 Feb 2013 Call from hospital - op date 25 Feb
13 Feb - ANOTHER call from hospital - op bought forward to 22 Feb
15 Feb - Pre-op at Nuffield, Derby. Fantastic!
22 Feb - Op day :bliss:
