lots of shops by us have Xmas things in, one card shop 10 days ago was full of Xmas cards and gifts!

The 5th would just be ridiculously early lol!
It's family tradition with me and my cousins - we used to have a party on bonny night then we'd all put our decs up the following day. The party no longer happens but we still all put the decs up on the 6th.

Omg! I do not want to be thinking Christmas yet!! It's always far too early for me. Tree goes up on Christmas eve and comes down on the 6th Jan. I may volunteer to work Christmas day and boxing day this year again anyway.

Christmas to me usually means having more than I would normally in chocolate cakes nice fatty food etc.......not this year thou! Strange concept at the min
