this really is life changing stuff hey Chris? Just had this nagging feeling that it wouldnt work for me - i think the realisation that this will change my life has hit me today.

Thanks Deets I know I have a way to go but I still can't help looking at myself in the mirror and liking what I see after many years of hating myself! Plus all those unworn clothes I had grown out of are coming out of mothballs! I love it I have choices in my wardrobe Yippee summer here I come ( bare skin and all)
