SOOO HAPPY to be a loser!
Hello all
OMG. I know its early days yet (2nd fill 5 days ago) but i am amazed at how little i can eat. when on liqs could manage about 3 slim fast shakes and now on sloppy can only eat 1/3 of WW fish pie. Made myself scrambled egg (2eggs) for breakfast and could only manage 4 mouthfuls. i knew band would restrict my eating but wasnt expecting this (not complaining). I really want to jump on scales but resisting untill next week. This time last week was worried i was eating too much and going by this I WAS! lol. wondering what ill be like on normal food??? If i carry on like this Ill reach my goal in no time at all.!!!!!!!!!!!- only kidding.
Every time i eat i expext to be able to have more than the last time. early days yet i know so maybe things will change or have i found my sweet spot at 5mils. watch this space.
