I put on a black jumper today as I was cold so had to change my skirt as it didn't go!!! So I pull out a black denim skirt with a fixed waist and no stretch in it and it fitted, can't believe it had this skirt 4 years and it now fits yipee, yipee
I've only worn elasticated waists for years now so to get in a zip and button skirt feels marvellous
