Crispies and milk for breakfast (cos it is all air it looks like you get alot!!)
Pasta, prawns (again looks like you get loads), 100g sweetcorn
Steamed Chicken, potatoes and brocolli/cauliflower
Banana/orange and yoghurt
Day two
Crispies and milk
Chicken/pasta/salad
tea salmon, potatoes and veg
Yoghurt, banana, satsuma
Day 3 has just begun and only had breakfast so far. It is a recurring theme and it is crispies again!!
