went for check up to the alexandra cheadle yesterday and they said i was doing great and doing everything right.sometimes i think i'm not losing it fast enough but then they say just keep going the way i am,so on the way again after a stallarty0019:

I so long to be under 20 stone -- 19 stone something or 18 stone something -- digits I long to see on the scales in a few weeks I hope !!!

congrats. had a bit of a stall myself for two weeks then lost 5lbs last week. started to panic that i would be one of the few it doesnt work for! but back on track and it feels fab! well done you weight loss is fantastic xx
