...that makes your day.I was craving a nice big frothy cappuchino last night. Now I had a machine but gave it away, all those useless things you clutter the kitchen with!So heated some milk in a pan and used a stick blender to froth it.It was lush!So frothy and really hit the spot. Why I hadnt thought to do it before I dont know!Maz x

Its mad Jac the times ive fancied a frothy coffee and never whisked it!Slaps her head in frustration!

Just pop milk in pan, bring up to heat, whisk with a hand held blender.Careful hot milk doesnt splash out and dont hold on bottom of pan it may melt!It froths in no time.Put instant coffee and sweetner in mug and add milk.So thick and lush you will feel its like a treat!Top with a little cocoa or Options.Great I think for the liquid stage.Enjoy Maz x

mmm maz that sounds delish, ill be having a go at that tomorrow, ive never thought of having my coffee thatway, and i drink a fair bit of it, so, frothy coffee it is tomorrow, itll also help me protein intake as well, thanks for the tip huni, hugs xxxxx

I make one of these "frothy coffees" every night, if I'm really keen I make an espresso in my machine instead of using instant. If you do this on a regular basis it might be worthwhile looking at getting an Aerolatte whisk. They do them at Lakeland and Amazon have a range of them too. They really froth very well. xx
