One year post op

well folks, one year a go today exactly, 12 months a go, i went under the knife and came out a new man. 12 months down the line I have lost 11.7 stone , 74.6kg's or 163 pounds. I am new healthier, thinner happier man. My bypass one year a go was by far the best thing I ever did.
