Definately for real, 100 percent, not a wind up , believe what you wish,

defo not wanting an audience , i do not hijack other peoples posts and talk of myself, this is my own post if you do not likey do not make silly comments,
my pics of my surgery sites picss of my progress will be posted soon, and i will even post a pic of my invoice from the surgeon, at least that way this will prove,

all the nonsense comments are only coming from a few that believe what they have been told by there surgeon and there team, every team is different , do not bother with silly comments,

I personally think you need psychiatric help and find all your posts very unhelpful!
