Oops - beetroot just scared me!

Had some beetroot earlier and my tummy didn't like it Unfortunately it looked like blood when it came back out, and just scared me to death until I realised what it actually was. Oops will be giving beetroot a wide berth for now! On the plus side I've finally had a bowel movement LOL

I think beetroot is the food of the devil anyway so I won't have to worry about that!

I'm good thanks. Still not losing lots but it is moving downwards now at least! Talked to my dad on Skype last night and he said my face was looking thinner Feels good to get nice comments doesn't it! Is your 6 week check this week? x
