Hey, i didnt want to start a diary yet untill ive got a date for my op but i write my weight down every week so i can see what ive lost the previous week and i always end up loosing the piece of paper that i write it on (hubby bins it or something) so i thaught id start a thread on here to record my weight every week and maybe everyone can post there weekly weights here too as you can go back to your post and edit it every week with your new weight. if you dont want everybody knowing your weight exactly just record it by how much you have lost each week.
so heres what i can remember...
19/07/10 ....24st, 1lbs
26/07/10 ....23st, 13lbs
01/08/10 ....24st
from now on i want to get weighted on a friday so i got weighed yesterday and it said.....
07/08/10 ....23st, 9lbs
next week its friday the 13th (ohh noooo), lol
13/08/10 ....?
20/08/10 ....?
27/08/10 ....?
03/09/10 ....?
im hoping this helps everyone to stick to there weekly weigh ins rather than on and off the scales all the time and maybe between us we can think of something to reward the biggest looser with every week.
