Out the stall and into the 15's!!!!

Well after a few weeks of slow or no weightloss, I've lost 4lb this week and into the 15's!!!!! I am over the moon!!

I went back to my proper job last week after light office duties. Its very physical and I always on the go, think this may have helped!!!
