Over 3 stone now!

Had my op on 6th Jan. lost 3st 2lb now. I am so happy. People are already noticing. Woo I can't see it at all, but my family and friends can.

Well I can't see any difference in your body shape, as you haven't shown us that, but you certainly look a lot happier and healthier! That holiday has done you some good.

Well done on the weight loss so far Lou. It was 4 - 5 stone down the road before people started noticing my weight loss, so you are doing really well.

Well done - yes you can see a difference. This will become more and more obvious as the stones drop off. My advice is to take a picture every stone lost and you'll see the difference yourself as the months go by.

Don't throw away any more photos. The day will soon come that you will be so proud to show those 'before' images. Ask family and friends if they have other before photos of you that you can use if you are struggling to find some.

Well done Lou, you look lovely. Your weightloss IS visible. I had my op on the 9th Jan and although I know from clothes and scales that I've lost weight my eyes just won't catch up and admit it!!
