Over the moon

I am so over the moon. I am 5 months post op and have lost 7stone 7lbs. The hospitals goal was 10stone in the year so I am 2st 7lbs off that.
My own goal was 12 stone so 4st 7lbs to go. :bliss:
I never dreamed it would come off this quick. Yes I have had eating issues but I have worked hard on them and starting to feel so much better.
Now more exercise is my new goal.
Just wanted to share my feeling good mood x
