Ok so Monday saw the 4th week surgiversary for my bypass and my plan is to weigh in every Friday. I am just about to throw my useless "weight watchers accurate weighing scales" in the bin as they are playing mind games with me and telling me I have not lost weight or have even gained weight when it's not true!

Went to the Drs to weigh this morning as they have a state of the art weighing and measuring machine in reception and was delighted to see that despite the lack of movement on my own scales, I have in fact lost 3kg this week. I am getting more and more adventurous in my eating and am finding out the point at which I need to stop before getting uncomfortable. I honestly have no regrets about the surgery 4 weeks out and can only say that from my own experience it has been an amazing way of controlling my cravings and the amount I used to eat each day.
So here goes with my weekly updates
Started with MDT Exeter 160 kg 2012
Referral for surgery 150 kg Feb 2013
Pre op 7th May 2013 149kg
Day of op 145kg 29th July 2013
Week 1 140kg
week 2 139kg
week 3 135kg
week 4 132kg
