Pain around Operation sites

Hi guys looking for some advice.


I'm six week post op as of the 24th of June everything has gone ok considering. Today whilst I was sat having my lunch I got a really nasty pain around the main scar (I believe it is the where they pull out stomach) this was also around the surrounding area. There is no sign of infection or anything like that and it hurts to touch the scar as it feels really bruised eventually the the pain subsided. I got the pain again this afternoon whilst out and about just walking. It is really painful I had to sit down till it went off. Any ideas what this maybe?

I don't know but I had mild pain on my largest incision for a while after surgery too. It just went away finally. Just be careful not to strain too much. One time it hurt like I pulled something when I stood up too fast from sitting. Good luck hun and sorry you're feeling pain.

Thanks, it was weird because it had suddenly came on from nowhere, I haven't had any issues for a couple of weeks and it's not bothering me now so not sure what it is/was?
