I think I have seen this mentioned before but couldnt see anything on a quick search so sorry if I am repeating.

The past few days I have been getting a fair bit of pain if anything I eat is fairly hot (just out the oven not cooled for long type thing). It was so bad one day I had to go to bed.

Do I just need to be careful and let things cool more?

zns i eat straight out the oven and my coffee is always near boiling point....

Are you having your fasttabs? Maybe it's a pouch problem, or maybe your tums just feeling a bit sensitive... In all honesty i missed the original post you are talking about, maybe you should mention it to your team?

Good luck and be sure to let us know of any discoveries xx

Hi Zoe,

I don't know what it is but just want to be sure to wish you well and hope you can get in touch with your team to discuss this...

Just noticed your weightloss so far and you are doing really well... keep going precious... always here for you.

Love and hugs xxx

Not doing so well loss wise since just before christmas only 1.5 lbs gone in 3 weeks or so oopsy!

I dont have fast tabs I have lanzoperzole tablets CX dont prescribe fast tabs, Ive had proper tablets since the day after my op. But I am taking them so its not that. Perhaps my pouch just doesnt like hot food!

I shall mention it when I next talk to them, not really worried about it as its only with very hot food.

I think I remember this being mentioned before too, cant remember who said it though! would think its probably your pouch being over sensitive but if it causes pain enough to make you go to bed I would probably mention it to your team. Hope it eases for you XX

Simple dont eat hot food, cant be good for your insides!

How are you Zoe? Do hope you are feeling better.

Sending love and hugs xxx

Lanzaparole and fast tabs are the same thing... Am glad the pain has gone, am sure the discomfort will probably follow. Maybe your pouch was just getting used to hot food :) Keep on trucking xx

Glad you have been better since Zoe... seems like there are days when the pouch can be more sensitive... keep us posted and keep going... good luck.

Love and hugs xxx
