PAIN :(

Been picking at a stew I made most of the evening and didn't think when I went on to have my nightly banana milk. Now an in terrible pain in my tummy and back, feel sick and have horrible hiccups!! Can't really complain as it my own fault but think it's time I hit the sack xx Night all xx :wave_cry:

Banana milk is just how it sounds...I blitz 2 bananas with 500ml of semi-skimmed milk. It is yummy and very filling! Too fillinf if you have been picking at stew haha xx

Feeling much better ta. Got snack envy though. Kids are on half term and seem to be munching their way through it! x

I have not had my op yet, but have myself on a strict eating plan again (as of last week) and also find the kids being home harder. Trying to ignore them eating, which is hard when I usually have to be involved in the prep. They are waiting for me to bake a choc cake with them as I type lol

lol! I got some mixture on the back of my hand, licked my hand (I know, such a lady lol) and my partner said 'I caught you!'

Not even a lick am I allowed!!!!lol....Didn't think my life would come to this lol

Know that feeling Fuffs- have my op in two weeks but not yet on the pre- op diet- my hubby has caught me a couple of times just contemplating a sneak nibble and says I remind him of a wild animal ..... cheetah ...and he don't mean the slinky cat type
