Help please.
I am having panic attacks trying to get everything right, I know I need to relax more but finding things hard. Any suggestions really welcome. I am 10wks bypass x

Sorry to hear your having panic attacks , have you considered talking to a doctor about it? They can probably give the best advice or even put you intouch with a support centre? Could you do a food plan for the week - that way you may not have to think so much into it? I really hope someone else has better advice for you! Hope it all calms down for you soon xxxx

Take things slowly, you are still healing and getting to know your pouches little quirks.

Sometimes it is hard not to compare your recovery and losses to other people on here, but you really do need to focus on your individual journey.

Yes, loads of great information and support here, but don't get into a panic is someone is losing faster, slower or having problems - that might not happen for you.

Listen to your team and your body, do as advised and you'll get there.

Good luck x

I am already seeing a Doctor as my op set off an anxiety state (to do with things pre op too) and as I went privately I have no support and I am learning things from scratch from here and anywhere else I can find although there is a lot of conflicting advice.
Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it x

Oh Bless You, this is hard enough without having added complications. The only thing I am doing is keeping a journal of what I've eaten, what proteins, carbs, fruit &veg I've had and then planning all meals so that they are well balanced. It is very stressfull as you are adapting to a whole new way of life. I wish you all the best xx
