PEANUT BUTTER

i think..... not sure tho! you may be ok with abit because its high in protein! but not sure because of the fat content! im sure someone will be along shortly to answer your question fo you hun xxx

Smooth
& the protien in it is gr8, low in sugar, kind of high in fat but its natural fats & I can't have much so it would be low.
My honey had a peanut butter sandwich today for lunch & it smelled so amazing!
Whats funny is before surgery I didn't care for peanut butter, but since I smelled it I'm craving some! LOL :D
Thank you for responding! :)

I'm sure I've read sumwhere that it's realy good for you post op! Coz I've got some in my cudboard what I've recently baught and it's not something I would usually buy x

Its rather high in fat and whether natural or not simply not a great idea. Almond butter is lower in fat if you have to have something.

Im sure someone said sainburys do a healthier version of peanut butter. xxx

I made satay with Whole Earth peanut butter in the early stages. It's NAS and organic.

Ive searched for a low fat peanut butter and cant find any anywhere! Ill have a look out for the Whole Earth one you mentioned Rose :D XX

I think it is fine if you just have a scraping on a cracker or a bit of toast. I have had it since not that long out from my op and I do enjoy it. Think if you spread it on thick you will probably regret it tho with a fat dump!!

Sainsburys do nas one too xx
