Periods ahhhh!

Well I am being a baby today having my 2nd period since my op 4 months ago and my stomach is killing me.

So something tells me that may be the reason for the 2lb weight gain this week.

So fingers crossed Saturday I would have lost xxx

Are you allowed to take Nurofen again now that you are 4 months post op?

I have always relied on Nurofen / Ibuprofen to get me thru the "that time of the month" pains .... and not looking forward to having to survive life without Ibuprofen !! :-(

I can take paracetamol hun!

Not sure about nurofen!

When it comes to pain I am the biggest baby!

After the op I thought they had tried to kill me lol xx

Liquid kids paracetemol doesn't even touch the cramps hun. Just try a hot water bottle to numb the pain. I'm finding that's all that helps..
