I've heard mixed messages about whether or not we can have petit filous in early stages after bypass. Anyone had it or heard any big no nos about trying it?

It's pretty much the only thing I fancy! Any help really appreciated.

I had it yes, you have to eat something and the little kids snackpots of it are just the right size for 1 portion also they are made for kids with allsorts of vit supposedly they were fine for me xx

I had them and found them fine, a reasonable amount of protein in them too. As Chrisa says, the portion size is perfect!

I had a sleeve & my team allowed it.

Ohhhh how exciting! Bought some but my kids have already eaten 4 of them! Will hide them in fridge now and have one tmrw. Can't wait!

i had a bypass and they recomended the petite filous fromage frais as there are no bits in them

Yes, I ate them without any issues. It's so nice just to ave the one rather than the four that I would have eaten a few months ago!!

I had a few of the munch bunch pots as well similar stuff its ideal for little kid so ok for us vitamin wise n you can get bthe little pots or bigger pots. Nice n fruity taste. xx

Funnily enough I've just eaten a munch bunch pot mixed with porridge oats, chopped walnuts and a chopped strawberry for my breakfast and very lovely it was too. I usually have greek yogurt but have run out. Go for it, without the lumpy bits of course at your stage. x

my dietitian recommended them to me, apparently they are the size of our pouch so good to remember when we are eating other things too, a size to visualize

I was fine with petit filous, also put them in freezer for a hot day when you fancy something cold, frubes are even better frozen :)
