I have shown these pix to no one as I am in a swim suit and am totally discusted with myself. They are 16 weeks apart

Flippin eck Teen. You have done so amazingly well... We are all proud of what you are achieving. Agree with Q that we all feel ashamed of ourselves in the beginning so dont be too hard on yourself.

You are gonna need a new cossie for your next 3 month pic as that one will be hanging off you by then xxx

Thanx everyone I am very chuffed with the weight that has come of its the same as 66 tins of baked beans. Sounds daft but thats how I look at what I have lost. Give me a better idea of what the weight feels like so not just a number lol. For those who are thinking that they aint lost much next time you go shopping but the equivalent of tinned beans in a baskets and carry it for 5 mins lol

ive just had a peek at your pics, all i can say is :wow: and very well done you have changed so much, congratulations you have done brilliantly.
