plastic surgery on nhs ?

I'm probably cheating a bit here as i'm sure if i trawled through lots of posts i would find my answer - but i'm not feeling well so take pity on me lol !
Has anyone had WLS on the NHS and then following this had plastic surgery to remove the loose skin on the NHS ?

I didn't have WLS, but through reading other posts i know that some hospitals ask you to sign a form saying that you realise you will not be granted PS following the procedure.

This isn't always the case though, it largely depends on where in the country you are, and which trust your hospital belongs to.
