Please be patient with me i am new to this thread but not to slimming world! i have just rejoined but notice with all the booklets that there seems to be a new plan extra easy.
Would anyone beable to tell me if this is as good as it sounds, can i really eat carbs and proteins together, i am unable to stay to classes due to family commitments, so i was unable to speak to the class leader any help greatly received.
