PMT, TOTM and Band

Hi everyone, I have horrible PMT at the moment. Feeling paranoid, anxious and tearful as per usual.

I have noticed however, that my band seems tighter and there is far more restriction. Could this be the case or am I imagining it?

although not a bander it is possible jenni don't forget you feel bloated ect during it so its not surprising you feel more restrictive as well

when upset or anxiuos the top pouch tightens with how your mood, feelings are and totm is one of those stressfull times, you will notice when your happy and relaxed then so will your pouch be, sometimes i choose not to sit at the table with my son coz he stresses me some times and that makes me tight, i much prefere to eat alone.

but the answer to your question from my experience is yes you will feel tighter at that time because of how it makes you feel. stress will tighten the tum up.

i hope your feeling better soon, try a nice relaxing hot bath to take away some of that tension.

Jenni have you ever tried evening primrose oil. I used to be unbearable, could of killed at the drop of a pin and just plain bloody evil. I started taking EPO 1000mg 3 times a day for a month thaen dropped it to twicw a day and now just take it once a day . I am like a different person and cant believe the difference.
interesting what you say about the restriction though.

Thats something else I've learnt today as well so thanks. Must say though I'm glad because I aleays want to munch at totm so its good news for me lol

banders can munch at the totm if its crap slider foods like choc ect, thats where the will power comes in for banders and its hard x
