Well im 10 days post op im coping well but i was wonder after week 6 im back to normal food but ive not been told what the portion sizes are can any 1 inform me pls
I don't know if it's the same as a bypass, but I started with a ramekin of food then progressed to a side plate. I still use a side plate and I never over fill it.
I eat my protein first and anything I can fit in after that is a bonus
I can't tolerate bread very well unless its cut very thin and toasted. Again I'm not sure if its the same for a sleeve, but I wouldn't try bread until your at least a few months out.

I used to weigh out 100g but its whatever you can eat without pain. As for sandwiches 1/2 but I really wouldn't try one so soon out. Stick to protein and avoid carbs x
