I am having weetabix for my breakfast, tuna and low cal mayo and beetroot (v finely chopped then mashed) for my lunch and then something like a fish in a sauce with mashed vegetables with philly cheese mixed in for my tea. Can't wait for something crunchy though!
Trying to stick to around 1000-1100 calls per day and tracking everything on MFP.
Humous is nice, also had a lasagne at weekend, blended it - looked disgusting but tasted lovely - and had a couple of mashed up fish fingers yesterday. Try the tuna mixed in with cottage cheese with a bit of added spice - I like cajun.
