post op done next stop theatre

Well that's my post op over and done with. next stop theatre.

As usual I wasn't parting with any blood. The nurse had to get an anesthetist in to take it from the back of my hand. my arm is fairly bruised lol.

started the Lrd this morning going ok so far. wait till in the morning !!!

Take each hour as it comes .. It will feel worse for the first 4 days . You'll wonder if you will ever be able to do it , but you have to . This isn't a choice now , this is a necessary diet that will keep you safe during the operation ..
What diet are you doing ?

Just keep drinking , flush all those bad carbs and sugar out ..

am doing low carb as I am diabetic. the drinking isnt going to be easy as I dont drink much normally

but I am trying lol
