Hi, I'm looking for recipes for my blender that will be nice and healthy, i.e. high protein, low carb, low sugar, low fat drinks, smoothies and shakes.
I've googled it but I'm not sure of what a good amount of sugar and carbs would be. For example, is 5g of sugar and 10g carbs in one serving (for a person who's not had wls) good or bad?
So, I'm basically looking for some recipes or book titles that I can use. Can anyone help please?
