Post Op Hospital Appointment

Well had my 8 week post op check up with the surgeon and the dietitian today.

Everything went well, I was only in with the surgeon for 2 mins, and he was delighted with my weight loss and progress, the dietitian was also happy and wants me to try to eat a normal life style now.

I got weighed and I have lost 2 stone (28 lb) since my operation on the 22nd June, which is about the norm they said, so I'm happy with that.

Also met some lovely people and even met up with Carol from here.
