Just curious, is there anyone out there who hasn't suffered from wind? Almost afraid to ask.

It warms up the bed nicely these winter nights though!

Lol....Beth did you get fastabs? They should stop and acid/indigestion type pain. Maybe your lucky and wont get wind pain....its not compulsory :D I hope it gives you a miss XX

i fart for England, get the windy pains too, get it out, it pays no rent!! ;)

I've never had any trapped wind, I often burp after food and drink, only get bottom wind once in a while!!!

Everyone will probably suffer wind as they pump air in to visualise the stomach etc, it usually carries on but not as trapped wind. The trapped wind pain is hideous, peppermint tea/capsules, gripe water and infacol are good, as well as a microwave wheat bag/hot water bottle. If you dont then you are bloody lucky lol

I concur with Zns, trapped wind pain is blooming agony. Usually relieved by a good back rubbing, a blooming big burp and maybe a bit of a phlem throw up, tmi i know :(

Here's hoping you never suffer with it xx

I burp and fart all the while, and the worst thing is before surgery i could hold it in! I havent a chance in hell now, if it going to come up or down it has to be released, especially just after eating. Its terrible if you have company but most of my friends and family laugh xx
