Post surgery wrinkled skin and firming creams

Has anyone tried a firming cream to tackle their wrinkly skin after weight loss?

I have some at the tops of my inner thighs and also the tops of my arms (underneath).

I know it's impossible to completely firm this skin up as it has lost its elasticity, but I'm hoping there's a cream out there that might 'smooth' some of the skin for a nicer appearance?

It's a lovely thought that cream could work, but I think the amount of loose skin most of us have is beyond the reaches of any cream! It might work on the face I guess.
