power plate

Hello pre surgery i used to go on the power plate and i could see a massive difference its also meant to help with loose skin.. anyway im wondering after having a bypass is it safe to go on the power plate?

i have seen those power plates never really fancied them but i am sure after you have healed after surgery you should be fine.

I had 1 go on a power plate. Holding positions for 60 secs while vibrating was very hard. Some of them may be too difficult for quite a while post op. Like one that's like a press up.

Sitting on it to relax muscles at the end was interesting..... Lol

My style was more explosive ... I did lose weight though when my cast came off xx :wave_cry:

Lol!!! Your style was dynamic to say the least! Lol.

I think the rule should be use with no animals in the vicinity lol
 
They've got one at my gym , cant wait to use , they told me a 10 min work out is the equivilant to an hour, anything that gives results without too much time sounds good to me.
 
I found the 10 mins of holding different positions harder that the 40 min fat burning circuit I had done before it! lol
