pre op - bovril or stock cubes ??

which is best, as best goes with these 2, and why do we have these on pre op list as a must understand multi vits and fybogel

stock cubes, i personally mix chicken and veg or beef and veg, after a while they are lush just like a soup

i used chicken oxo cubes and chickin bovril (only comes in small pots) ...........i also tried the knorr cubes but found they were rather oily

Personally I loved the chicken bovril. It was my most favourite part of the day. A big hot cup after all that milk I found stock cubes too bland and beef bovril too strong x
