Hi iv just got my per op diet sheet and i was surprised there was so much on it
Daily
2-3 pints s-s milk
2 diet yoghurts plain or fruit
4 portions fruit must have banana,orange or graped
sugar free jelly
veg in moderation
herbs and spices
so i can make different soups for through the day
I really think i can manage on this for 10 days.
So roll on mon 27th oct
