Hi
I've been stocking up today on soups and low fat yoghurts, as I start my pre-op diet from tomorrow. I have lots of mixed emotions going round in my head, but I presume this is normal? :fingerscrossed:
I imagine in some ways that this is going to be the hardest part!
It says on my list of allowed foods that I can have weight watchers soups. It also says that there are certain vegetables that I should avoid. Some of these vegetables are contained in the soups such as leeks, lentils, carrot. Can I have these soups or do I have to stick to Chicken or Tomato only? I would think that to have them as part of soup would be ok?
I'd be grateful for any feedback :thankyou:
