Pre op diet

Hello I am still waiting for my surgery date which I am told will be within the next 3 months....
I am having my op at Birmingham and I have been told to go on a 4-6 week liver shrinking diet of 800 calories a day......
Has anyone got any advice or ideas??? What should I eat ??)??
I really can't muck this up..!!
My surgeon said he expects me to have lost 1 stone 7 pounds on diet....

Fingers crossed I get my date soon x
