If it's not on the list, you can't eat it. I doubt raisins will be on any of the diets, although grapes may be.

grapes=good raisins= bad cos they're dried the natural sugars (and therefore carbs) will be much higher than fresh fruit, and as we're avoiding carbs like the plague i definitely would advise against it

cheers everyone, does anyone know howto make the mousse everyone is going on about that you can have on the pre op diet? would make a nice change x
