Pre Op Diet ...

Could we have a pre-op section where people share what diets they follow before surgery?

I for one am so confused because we dont actually get set out a particular diet to follow. How long to follow for etc .. sorry if this is repeated elsewhere but i am now in list writing mode lol.

I think red days would be great! Just try to cut the carbs down a bit more x
