Hi everyone, I'm on week 2 of milk diet, was wondering about sugar free jelly as a different taste as it no fat or sugar so my thinking is like sugar free squash?
Help please would I be ok?
I'm having my band done at worcester on the 21st, and have been having 3 or 4 slim fasts a day and oxo, i just fancied a new taste, thank you I will call Emma the dietician tomorrow xxx
