Hi,
I have my pre -op on Wednesday (Bournemouth)and am a bit worried as I have not lost any weight since I saw the dietician last month.
I have also had a horrid week at work. One of my "friends" found out about my bypass from another friend (I'm not keeping it a sercet just talking to those who I think should know) and spent 90 mins telling me that I was ruining my life, would never be able to socialise again, and that I should not go ahead with this.
Now I could cope with this, but during this conversation, a very close friend said that she would find it difficult to go out with me shopping, etc. as I would not be up for a coffee and cream cake, and she would feel uncomfortable eating in front of me. I didn't know what to say
:sigh:
