Pre op procedure

Hi I have funding in place for a sleeve gastrectomy and It will be done at the Spire Manchester. I would like to ask if anyone knows what happens next. I have been to the information meeting where i saw the diet nurse and I now have an appointment to see the surgeon next tuesday. Do you think I will get a date for the op then or will I have to wait still. Any info gratefully recieved.
