Pre op question?

I'm doing the low cal diet and i'm using herbs and spices and dry coatings on my chicken and meat. Do you think this is ok? i'm dry frying them and finishing them off in the oven x
 
I would just be wary, if the coatings are shop bought, just how much salt and sugar they may contain. So many commercially produced coatings have loads of salt or msg as a "flavour enhancer"

I know hun, that's what i was worried about, don't want them going in and seeing my liver is too big...i'm a worry wart x
