been weighed, : ((( not much more loss . im below the initial set target weight still but wished for more loss. suppose i got 10 day pre diet time left

I am shedding it on the pre op diet keep at it AND being below target is still well into the "go pat yourself on the back" territory xx SMILE now or i will leave ice packs in the bed!
