Just had my weigh in and it's cheered me up.

Stared after holiday at 509.8 and today 490.8lbs just gotta get down to 468 by the 11th July

Lost 4lbs this week on Slimfast and low carb evening meals, so 244 lbs now, op is still 7 weeks away (today), just want to get it done now. Need to try not to put it all back on over the weekend, which is what I've done every week for the last 5 weeks! Clearly I will never learn!

Hi all,

Have had my pre-op assessment this morning and have weighed is at 122.8kg = 19st 4.7lbs a loss of 23lbs!!! am ecstatic!! BP was 133/97 and nurse Denise was happy with that. Had bloods and MRSA swab done and walked out of the clinic with a huge grin on my face.
Having a pre-med to calm me down as I am scared spitless

Got pre op tomorrow and am wetting it, just have a feeling they are going to turn round and say NO.....I can't sleep or anything and am making myself ill with worry. What is going on?? xx

Well done to you all.
I was given a weight loss target back in October of 19st 10lb, to be reached for my appointment in December. I lost the weight, then my appointment was cancelled. The weight went back on,:17729:and some. I got a new appointment for April and lost the weight. My appointment was cancelled and the weight went back on.:break_diet: And some....
3 weeks ago, I weighed in at 20st 8lb and thought bugger this. I started another diet. Last weekend I got another appointment For July 6th. I've already lost 11lb, but have another 4lb to lose by next Wednesday. Needless to say I'm pooping in case I don't manage it, but, God knows, I'm trying!!
